Data leak from NABU, removal of Uhlava and refusal to report to the committee

In 2024, the media reported that subjects of NABU anti-corruption cases were receiving detailed information about the progress of their cases — a possible data leak. SAP and police conducted searches at NABU. Kryvonos removed First Deputy Hizo Uhlava from his duties. Simultaneously, Kryvonos refused to attend a parliamentary Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy meeting where he was to explain the circumstances of the leak. The situation with Uhlava has not yet been publicly resolved, and the question of whether a leak actually occurred and who is behind it remains open.
