The blogger came under a storm of harsh criticism and became a central figure in journalistic investigations due to showcasing a luxurious lifestyle. Investigators thoroughly analyzed her personal Instagram account (known under the nickname @dunyaha with over 58,000 followers) and discovered a branded wardrobe and accessories worth millions of hryvnias, which in no way align with the official salary of her husband, a law enforcement officer. Notably, Daryna was recorded to have at least two exclusive Hermès Birkin handbags worth approximately €16,900 and €29,400 respectively, a Dior jacket costing €5,000, as well as documented regular expensive vacations on the French Riviera (at the Eden Residence Cap d'Ail hotel), in Vienna, Croatia, and Dubai (in the elite Jumeirah Al Qasr complex). Moreover, public outrage was sparked by the fact that the SBU officer's family celebrated New Year at the five-star HAY spa hotel in Bukovel in the company of the controversial Dnipro blogger Anna Alkhim, who was later featured in police materials regarding possible state treason.
