Head of the district council, director of LLC "TOKEN" and 2.7 million hidden assets

Andriy Leybenko is the head of the Kropyvnytskyi District Council of the 8th convocation, a deputy from the "Proposition" party, born on April 7, 1983. Before being elected head of the district council, he worked as director of LLC "TOKEN" (restaurant and food business). In April 2024, the head of the Kirovohrad regional prosecutor's office, Yan Strelyuk, notified Leybenko of suspicion of submitting false information in his declaration: according to the investigation, in the 2021 declaration he did not report movable and immovable property, corporate rights, and income totaling 2.7 million UAH. Leybenko himself refused to comment, citing the ongoing investigation. No criminal proceedings have been publicly concluded based on this suspicion. Meanwhile, he has retained his position as head of the district council.
