Since late 2025, Lesyk has become a prominent figure in the media and political space of Pryluky city (Chernihiv region). He is the owner and head of the private enterprise "VETTI" and the company LLC "Invest Group." Lesyk gained media popularity due to his entertaining content, which later transformed into consistent and harsh criticism of the Pryluky city authorities, particularly the current mayor Olha Popenko, local deputies, and communal enterprises.

Successful party and scandals

In the media space, Oleksandr Lesyk’s activities have been accompanied by a number of high-profile political scandals and suspicions. Investigative journalists associate his activity with media pressure in the interests of opposition local forces, including through financial ties with Pryluky city council deputy Yevheniya Averianova. In July 2026, a scandal flared on social media around the blogger’s name due to baseless accusations of alleged involvement in guiding a Russian drone toward the city council building, which Lesyk categorically denied himself. The loudest incident occurred at the end of August 2026 when information appeared in the media about his "brutal beating" due to criticism of the authorities. However, just a few days later, the blogger appeared in public unharmed, stating that his disappearance was a "special operation" by law enforcement agencies aimed at saving his life amid preparations for terrorist attacks and assassination attempts in the region.
