750 thousand UAH from a bankrupt bank, ties with Firtash and NABU in 2015

In 2015, the Deposit Guarantee Fund transferred materials to NABU regarding the suspicious withdrawal of 750 thousand UAH from the bankrupt bank "Kyivska Rus" involving Lutsenko; no public investigation results have been released. Journalists also pointed to his close relations with oligarch Dmytro Firtash — suspected of bribery and hiding in Austria; these ties appeared contradictory for a deputy of the anti-corruption committee.
