Former First Deputy Chairman of "Delta Bank", wanted for almost a decade — and swears he is a scapegoat

Former First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Delta Bank", supervisor of the credit block. After the bank's collapse (2015), he became almost the main "fall guy": the investigation suspects him of withdrawing over $50 million (≈1.2 billion UAH) to accounts of third-party companies. In January 2016, Masyura disappeared from law enforcement's sight, the court authorized his detention — and he was declared wanted. A seizure was placed on 14 hectares of his land.

One person — both a criminal case and a civil lawsuit for 23 billion

Besides being wanted, Masyura is also a defendant in the Deposit Guarantee Fund's case regarding 23 billion UAH in damages to "Delta", alongside Lagun, his sister, and the rest of the management board. The banker himself insists that the charges are "fabricated" — revenge for his cooperation with the American company Cargill, and that the true beneficiary of the schemes is the shareholder, i.e., Lagun (as indicated by the investigation of "Radio Liberty"). The picture is complemented by the Austrian Bank Winter, the grain ports of Illichivsk, and the family business of the sister. The wanted banker is pointing the finger at the bank's owner.
