Ivan Volodymyrovych Miroshnychenko — MP of the 8th convocation from the "Samopomich Union" party, expert in the agricultural sector. 

Permanent representative of JSC "AT Cargill" and LLC "Noble Resources Ukraine" in the Agricultural Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce, co-chair of the committee in 2003–2005 and 2010–2013. From 2008 to 2013 — CEO of LLC "Noble Resources Ukraine" and director of the Black Sea region of "Noble Group." Longtime representative of international grain traders in Ukrainian government structures, who later converted corporate connections into a parliamentary mandate.

Disruption of the multi-billion contract with China

Journalists reported: Ukraine’s multi-billion contract with China for grain supply was altered under the leadership of Miroshnychenko from the "Samopomich" faction — Ukrainian officials knowingly accepted losses of billions in income to the benefit of the Chinese side.

Subject of an anti-corruption investigation marked by violations of financial control requirements and tax abuses.

Moscow sanctions and subsequent drift

Included in the Russian Federation sanctions list among 219 Ukrainian MPs. In May 2019, announced his departure from "Samopomich"; in 2019, ran as candidate No. 4 on the list of the little-known party "Strength and Honor."
