On September 6, 2025, NABU informed Molchanova of suspicion together with former MP Yuriy Ivanyushchenko in a case of misappropriation of 18 hectares of state-owned land valued at over UAH 160 million near Kyiv. The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office demanded bail of UAH 300 million; the High Anti-Corruption Court set it at UAH 100 million. On October 3, 2025, during a High Anti-Corruption Court session, Molchanova photographed an activist-witness in the case; on the same day, according to activists' testimony, her subordinate began persecution of the witness. Investors of the bankrupt bank Arcada accuse Molchanova of embezzling UAH 250 million of their funds via FC Garant Capital during the completion of the Eureka and Patriotika residential complexes. The suspect herself calls all proceedings a "commissioned special operation."
