Ukrainian politician, blogger, journalist, and former People's Deputy of Ukraine of the VIII convocation from the Radical Party of Oleh Lyashko

Former political prisoner in the case of the "Vasylkiv terrorists" and ex-deputy commander of the Azov Battalion. In 2015, he became involved in a high-profile scandal when his parliamentary immunity was lifted and he was detained directly in the Verkhovna Rada on charges of corruption and extortion of bribes, but the case was later closed due to procedural violations. Currently, Mosiychuk resides abroad, runs popular blogs and a Telegram channel with an audience of over half a million subscribers.

Media activity and pro-Russian propaganda

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Mosiychuk's media activity has shifted to intense, often manipulative criticism of the Ukrainian authorities. The Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), together with the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), officially added his accounts to the list of pages spreading hostile fakes and disinformation (including about mobilization, "capitulation," and volunteer marauders). Personal sanctions by the NSDC have been imposed against him in Ukraine.

Scandal over "leaking" SBU officers' data

In early September 2026, a new resonance erupted around Ihor Mosiychuk. After a nighttime shootout between military intelligence fighters and SBU counterintelligence officers in Kyiv, the former MP was the first to publish on his channel secret documents and dossiers containing personal data of active SBU officers involved in that operation.

This caused an outcry among Ukrainian bloggers and volunteers (including Serhiy Sternenko and Ihor Lachenko), who accused the State Bureau of Investigation of "leaking" classified information to a pro-Russian blogger.
