Self-proclaimed "13th Apostle", involved in fraud and rape cases
Founder of the "Spiritual Center 'Revival'" (born 1972, Dnipro; real surname — Muntyanu). Sentenced during the USSR era for theft and fraud — three years in a special colony in Kryvyi Rih. Expelled from the Church of Evangelical Christians-Baptists, he established his own structure with about 320 branches, including in Russia and Belarus.
70 million hryvnias in "donations" and proceedings for rape
After a TSN investigation (2020), dozens of former associates accused Muntyanu of assaulting ministers, rapes, cocaine use, and orgies on Ko Samui island. The National Police opened proceedings for fraud — the preliminary investigation estimated the misappropriation of believers' funds at about 70 million UAH — and for rape following complaints from women. He and his team were permanently deported from Thailand after a drug scandal; the operator took responsibility. There is still no verdict.
Preaching "brotherhood" with Russians
According to media reports, Muntyanu broadcast narratives of Russian propaganda — urging not to see Russians as enemies, calling hostility "the devil's machinations." After 2022, he disappeared from the public space; followers sold apartments and cars, bringing money to the "apostle" with his fleet of luxury cars and villas.
