A historian from Donetsk, "personal Minister of Foreign Affairs" and "unofficial ambassador" of Tymoshenko to the EU and the USA — responsible for all international legitimization of the party.

"Nemiryalex": British PR agents from offshore companies

At the end of 2012, the website nemyrialeaks published materials revealing that Nemyria had for years paid through offshore companies for the services of the British PR firm Ridge Consulting on behalf of "Fatherland"; an employee of the company confirmed cooperation with the party. In 2013, Nemyria was summoned for questioning by the General Prosecutor's Office regarding the sources of the party's funding, but he denied any involvement with offshore companies — the case died together with the Yanukovych regime. Later, the Center for Responsive Politics described a network of offshore entities and shell companies through which Tymoshenko's lobbyists in the USA spent over $2.3 million.
