Fictitious employment as a medical worker and sale of the apartment to the daughter of the new employer
Despite owning a house and an apartment, Nosovych's wife received a preferential "YeOselya" mortgage. To obtain the reduced rate as a medical worker, she got employed at the communal "Center of Primary Medical Care"—and sold her apartment in Ivano-Frankivsk to the daughter of the head of this institution. "Ukrfinzhytlo" initiated an investigation into the circumstances of obtaining the loan.
