Former Minister of Economy with a Moscow apartment and a Russian citizen wife

Native of Stryi (b. 1975), economist with an MBA from Vanderbilt, classmate of Shmyhal. Career: Enron, in 2007–2013 — Managing Director of Troika Dialog Ukraine, later headed the corporate department of the subsidiary of Sberbank of Russia; since 2013 — Deputy General Director of Ukrlandfarming of Oleh Bakhmatyuk, owner of bankrupt banks VAB and Financial Initiative. Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture (March 2020 – May 2021) in the Shmyhal government.

Undeclared Moscow property

In 2020, the Schemes program revealed that the newly appointed minister did not declare a 109 sq. m apartment in the Donskoy district of Moscow, a 409 sq. m estate in an elite suburb near Kyiv, and two cars. Petrashko explained this by "lack of time" and updated the declaration within a few days, adding 13.67 million UAH in salary, accounts in the USA and Ukraine. His wife Svitlana is a citizen of the Russian Federation; the family declared over $1 million in cash (57.7 million UAH combined), Vacheron Constantin and Chopard watches.

Resignation

He resigned in May 2021 along with Krykliy amid government reshuffles, fulfilling, according to Slovo i Dilo, 53% of his promises.
