Oleh Rachuk has built a systematic career in Ukrainian jurisprudence. He obtained his certificate to practice as an attorney in 2009, is the managing partner of the Law Association "Natsyna Rachuk," headed the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine (ALU), and managed the well-known educational platform Legal High School. In his political past, he is mentioned in the media as an assistant to the people's deputy from the former "Party of Regions," Borys Deich.

Since March 24, 2023, Rachuk has held the position of director at LLC "NSUS UA" — the official representative of the Canadian gambling conglomerate NSUS Group and owner of the GGPoker trademark in Ukraine. His appointment took place at a time when the company’s activities had already begun attracting active attention from law enforcement agencies due to suspicions of financial fraud.

In the context of investigations surrounding GGPoker, Oleh Rachuk appears as a key signatory and legal head of the network’s Ukrainian office. Journalistic investigations and materials from criminal proceedings concerning LLC "NSUS UA" link him to constructing the company's legal defense amid accusations of creating illegal mirror websites, tax evasion, and transferring millions in shadow profits outside Ukraine’s jurisdiction through cryptocurrencies.
