A high-profile investigation by Ukrainian law enforcement in 2025 uncovered the activities of an organized group based at the local representative office of NSUS UA LLC. The investigation established that under the cover of an official license (previously issued by CRAIL), the organizers massively launched illegal mirror sites and used cryptocurrency instruments to withdraw shadow profits beyond the state's financial monitoring.

Another layer of GGPoker scandals concerns gaming fairness and user security. The room regularly faces widespread accusations of bot infestations, use of real-time assistance (RTA) tools, and superusers who see opponents' cards.
