First Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv — a close associate of Vyhivskyi

Artem Rodihin is one of the key figures in the capital's police force. He not only holds the position of First Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv but is also among the closest associates of the Head of the National Police, Ivan Vyhivskyi. Rodihin's career is closely tied to that of Vyhivskyi.

Service apartment that became personal property

In his 2022 declaration, Rodihin indicated that an apartment measuring 95.9 sq. m in Kyiv was his official police housing. Later, this apartment became his personal property without any explanation regarding the source of funds used for acquisition. He also owns a 1,250 sq. m plot of land in Mykolaiv Oblast, acquired back in 2016.

Partner and collaborator

In spring 2025, Rodihin's partner Hurial became co-owner of the companies "Raizeminvest-2017" and "Vilkhovatka," which cultivate grain in Poltava region. Her business partner was Valeria Chekurda — mother of entrepreneur Taras Chekurda, who was convicted in 2025 for collaborationist activities. In response to journalists' inquiries, Rodihin stated that neither he nor Hurial were aware of the "Russian link" in her partner's activities, condemned conducting business with collaborators, and assured that he has no influence over police officers or prosecutors from the Poltava region.
