Lviv tax officer, whose mother became one of the main beneficiaries of the "Scam of the Century"

Inspector of the fiscal service of Lviv region — and son of Iryna Sandul, one of the two women central to the entire Lviv "Scam of the Century." The scheme was brazen: municipal real estate in Lviv (over 40 properties in 2016 alone) was falsified through fake documents and transferred to front companies, with the ultimate owners being Iryna Sandul and Liudmyla Malkova. A telling detail: both women were mothers of local tax officers who at that time worked in the department combating fictitious entrepreneurship. Fatal road accident in which the village head died — and the investigation "did not advance"

On January 7, 2017, in the village of Tvirzha, a car fatally hit the village head Ivan Pikh. The driver was Oleh Rohotskyi (also a figure in the "scam"), Vasyl Sandul was in the passenger seat, and the car belonged to his mother Iryna.
