Shklyaruk Oleksiy Hryhorovych

Oleksiy Shklyaruk is a board member of Sense Bank, chief risk manager. From 2016 to July 21, 2023, he was a board member and chief risk manager at Agroprosperis Bank; before that, he worked in risk management at Credit Agricole and ProCredit Bank. He resigned from Agroprosperis Bank exactly one day before his appointment at Sense Bank — on July 21, 2023, and received the new position the following day. This timing coincidence indicates that the appointment was agreed upon in advance — before any official competitive selection was completed. 

Agroprosperis — a bank with a criminal context

Agroprosperis Bank serves the structures of the American fund NCH Capital — the very one whose actual manager, Serhiy Tarasov, is internationally wanted for raiding the lands of ATO participants. Shklyaruk led risk management in the institution serving these structures for seven years — and no public questions about his role in this context have arisen.

Appointment in a scandalous context

According to transcripts of the "Mindich tapes," figures in the NABU case discussed "quotas" in the Sense Bank board before the official decision of the government and National Bank of Ukraine. Shklyaruk is part of the board formed during this period.
