Former Minister of Health appointed during the COVID period, currently a Kyiv City Council deputy from Servant of the People

Lawyer specializing in medical law, Doctor of Law (doctoral degree from Lublin), Associate Professor at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, participant in the Euromaidan, and expert of the medical group of the Reanimation Package of Reforms. Has no medical education. Minister of Health in the Honcharuk government (August 29, 2019 – March 4, 2020), who replaced Ulana Suprun and resigned along with the entire Cabinet. Since 2023, a deputy of the Kyiv City Council of the IX convocation from Servant of the People (received the mandate replacing the recalled fugitive deputy Trubitsin).

Appointment "under Radutskyi" and a short tenure

Her appointment was linked to the lobbying efforts of MP Mykhailo Radutskyi (former owner of the Borys Clinic): media revealed his obscene correspondence about replacing Suprun with "his own person." At the start of her tenure, a scandal erupted over the published recording of conversations between the new Ministry of Health leadership and Suprun’s team members. In February 2020, on President Zelenskyy's initiative, she spent 14 days in quarantine with evacuees from China in Novi Sanzhary; soon after, the president stated that she "did not cope" with the coronavirus challenge.

Land votes without Russian ties

As a Kyiv City Council deputy, according to CHESNO, in 2025 she voted "for" 67% of the so-called "toilet schemes" — corrupt land allocations. No pro-Russian links, criminal proceedings, or suspicions have been found regarding her; her political profile is pro-Ukrainian, reformist (Euromaidan, medical reform).
