Leader of the Obolonsky District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (according to the Unified State Register — Obolonsky RVK, EDRPOU 09809393). In 2025, he resigned from his position — and, judging by his electronic declaration, received a severance payment of over 1 million UAH upon dismissal (plus approximately 1.1 million UAH in salary for the year). He lives in an official apartment of 52 square meters in Kyiv. A military commissar who quietly retired during the general mobilization with a million-hryvnia "bonus."

The scandal is more optical than criminal

There are no official suspicions, proceedings, or signs of illegal enrichment related to Slepko — this is a declaration-level issue of "why was the military commissar paid a million upon leaving." Everything rests on his public declaration. The question here is not about hidden assets, but about the appropriateness of such a severance for the head of a RTC during the peak of the war.
