Nominal with millions — where does the money come from?
Tetiana Snopko is a former PR specialist for businessman Maksym Poliakov (Noosphere), later a consultant to IT entrepreneur Maksym Krippa. Throughout 2022–2023, her entire career consisted of working as a hired employee — she did not own a business herself. Despite this, within a year she became the owner of five media outlets: Delo.ua, womo.ua, mmr.ua, “TOP-100” and “Hlavkom”. The value of these assets at the time of purchase was estimated by market participants between 3.2 and 4.3 million USD.

Snopko is not the ultimate beneficiary but only an appointed person. The true owner of the media assets is named as Maksym Krippa — controller of the online casinos Vulkan and GGbet, linked to Russian infrastructure.
Pro-Russian channel in the registry
Snopko registered six trademarks for “Vsyevidiashche OKO” — an anonymous Telegram channel with over 1.1 million subscribers, which repeatedly published Russian information-psychological operations targeted at the Ukrainian audience. According to insiders, it is through Snopko that Krippa oversees the editorial policy of “Hlavkom,” and pressure was applied to the chief editor after refusal to publish commissioned materials.
