Svyrydenko Yulia Anatoliivna
Prime Minister of Ukraine
Minister of Economy of Ukraine
Technocrat, Head of SE "Prozorro.Sales" leading the "super ministry of resources"
Financier, Master of Finance from Kyiv National Economic University, CFA charterholder, President of CFA Society Ukraine. Managed assets at Dragon Asset Management; in 2015–16 — advisor to the Minister of Infrastructure on transparency and open data; 2018–2023 — head of SE "Prozorro.Sales" (transparent auctions of state property). Since 2023 — deputy, from 2024 — first deputy minister of economy; participant in negotiations on the Ukraine Facility (€50 billion) and with the USA. On 17.07.2025, he headed the merged Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture (Svyrydenko government) — a "triple" ministry, unofficially called the "Ministry of Resources."
Forests and "Forests of Ukraine"
His agency is the management body of the State Forest Agency and SE "Forests of Ukraine"; this period coincided with the suspension of the head of the State Forest Agency Smal (01.07.2026) and high-profile disputes around the sector and logging.
Reputation and proceedings
He belongs to the reformist, pro-European wing of the government. In the case of the "Mindich tapes" (corruption in Energoatom) he stated that investigation suspects blocked the reform of the supervisory board — thus positioning himself against the scheme.
