Agricultural businessman-"Servant" from Rivne region, removed from the position of deputy faction leader in the "Pavlyuk group"

An entrepreneur from Rivne (born 1980), commodity expert by profession, graduate of the National Academy of Internal Affairs. He managed "Agro-Center" (spare parts for agricultural machinery) and the fuel company LLC "Mogul Lubricants" (sold after mandate), chairman of the NGO "Time-Action." In 2019, he headed Zelensky's headquarters in the Rivne region and became the President's representative in the region. A People's Deputy of the IX convocation from "Servant of the People" (No. 33), member of the agricultural committee; deputy faction leader until December 3, 2019.

"Pavlyuk group" and DTEK

According to "Ukrainska Pravda" (2019), he was part of the informal deputy group of Illia Pavlyuk, which faction colleagues suspected of lobbying for Akhmetov's interests — particularly in an attempt to derail the electricity market bill No. 2233, which threatened DTEK's monopoly.
