People's Deputy from "European Solidarity," a "hype eater" with "Honcharenko centers" funded by a suspect and son of a corrupt official

Born on September 16, 1980, in Odesa. Pediatrician with honors (ONMU, 2002), financier (Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, Moscow, 2005). People's Deputy of the VIII and IX convocations from "European Solidarity." Since 2024 — President of the PACE Committee on Migration and Refugees. Left the Party of Regions in 2014, reoriented to pro-Ukrainian rhetoric. Father — former mayor of Odesa Kostusev Oleksii, a suspect in NABU investigations (currently wanted internationally); Honcharenko publicly distanced himself from him since youth, taking his mother's surname.

"Honcharenko centers" financed by a bribery suspect and pressure on Bihus.Info

In February 2025, the CHESNO movement established that among donors of the network of 35 "Honcharenko centers," which offer free courses across Ukraine, is entrepreneur Oleh Bakhmatiuk, who has been charged by law enforcement with bribery. Bihus.Info characterized the centers as an instrument of "vote-buying." In June 2025, Honcharenko arranged a public conflict with Denys Bihus over a report about him: he demanded that Bihus.Info disclose its funding and accused Bihus of working for the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) — an action that investigators qualified as pressure on the media. Father Kostusev once spread information about "dirty" construction deals involving Honcharenko connected to Syrian businessman Adnan Kivan. No criminal proceedings have been initiated against Honcharenko himself.
