Jeweler-millionaire from "Servant of the People", "customs" MP with 79 million in cash

An entrepreneur from Mena in Chernihiv region, owner of the jewelry brand SOVA; education — general secondary (studied at KPI). Started business in the 1990s with currency exchange offices and jewelry trade (goods from Turkey); since 2000 — owns jewelry stores; co-founder of LLC "Sova-Consulting" and private entrepreneur. Since 2019 — MP of the IX convocation from "Servant of the People" (No. 70), member of the Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, chairman of the subcommittee on customs affairs.

Jewelry inquiries and assets

Declared 79 million UAH in cash in the 2019 declaration. According to the "Skhemy" investigation (2020), as an MP, he sent official inquiries requesting detailed information about private jewelers — journalists saw a conflict of interest benefiting the family jewelry business, which he rewrote to relatives.

In 2025, he was featured in the "Mindich tapes" (he stated he was "surprised"). On 22.07.2025, he voted "for" No. 12414, which subordinated NABU and SAP to the Prosecutor General.
