Connections with a suspect in treason for defending the UOC-MP

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention completed a full audit of Kultenko's declaration and found violations and unsubstantiated assets; the deputy denies the agency's conclusions. In April 2024, Bihus.Info established that Kultenko, together with Deputy Dmytruk and Serhiy Chertilyn — a suspect in treason — opposed the adoption of bill №8371 prohibiting organizations associated with the Russian Orthodox Church. Both deputies publicly supported the Moscow Patriarchate and did not vote for the prohibition in the first reading.
