Former Deputy Prime Minister for Eurointegration — accused at the High Anti-Corruption Court, mother owns an apartment priced four times below market value

Born in Kharkiv. General Director of the Government Office for Coordination of Euro-Atlantic Integration (2018–2020), Deputy Prime Minister for Eurointegration (2020–2025), and in 2024–2025 also Minister of Justice. In July 2025, she lost her positions due to the resignation of the Shmyhal government; Zelensky appointed her as the President's Plenipotentiary for cooperation with the United States.

"Lukash Case," systematic non-attendance at the High Anti-Corruption Court, and mother's apartment for 3 million instead of 12

The cause of the criminal proceeding was Stefanishyna's work at the Ministry of Justice under Minister Olena Lukash: she organized a tender, under which the Ministry of Justice paid 2.5 million UAH for adapting legislation to EU standards — at 1,400 to 4,500 UAH per page. The investigation qualifies this as embezzlement of budget funds through abuse of office. On September 26, 2023, the High Anti-Corruption Court held the first preparatory hearing; the case is still under consideration. In June 2025, Hromadske found out that Stefanishyna's mother purchased a 100 m² apartment in the "Lvivska Ploshcha" residential complex in central Kyiv in 2022 for 3 million UAH — with a minimum market price of 12 million UAH; the apartment is absent from the official declaration of the official. A few hours after the journalist recorded the use of the apartment, the police illegally detained him and tried to gain access to his phone.
