Son-in-law of Chernovetskyi, who bought Kyivkhlib, Rosynka and Kyivmlyn: from "cosmonaut" deputy to owner of Alviva Group

A Kyiv businessman, son-in-law of Leonid Chernovetskyi. Deputy of Kyiv City Council (2002–2011) from the "Leonid Chernovetskyi Bloc" — that is, representative of the "cosmonauts" faction, during which the capital's land and municipal assets were sold off. Main shareholder and member of the supervisory board of Asvio Bank (49.8%). Through Cypriot holdings (Seedfoods Holdings, Alviva Group) and partnership with neighbor Roman Yaroshenko, he built an industrial-food empire.

Factories through bankruptcy and legality questions

In August 2023, privatized the beverage factory Rosynka (assets approximately UAH 138.5 million); in November 2023 registered Kyivkhlib and Kyivmlyn in his name, while the old Kyivkhlib PJSC was declared bankrupt by court, and production was transferred to a new company with a Cypriot owner. Currently, Alviva Group (brands Kyivkhlib, Tarta, Tendi) has a turnover of over UAH 9 billion and claims "full control over the cycle" from grain to bread; additionally purchased a factory in Brovary, the insurance company Krayina, and is buying land in central Kyiv. Acquisition of assets through bankruptcy procedures, auctions, and offshore companies raised questions in many media outlets.
