Associated with Raynin and OPZZh

"Detector Media" calls Svytlychna the "right hand" of Ihor Raynin — former Head of the Presidential Administration under Poroshenko and ex-governor of Kharkiv region, who since November 2019 leads the Kharkiv branch of the banned pro-Russian OPZZh party. Media also attribute paternity of her son (born 2021) to Raynin — both have not commented on this. Svytlychna herself positions as a pro-European politician and does not belong to OPZZh.

Moderate assets without own Russian ties

Declarations are modest: two small apartments in Kharkiv, an unfinished garage, a rented room in Kyiv, a Peugeot 2008, around $20,000 and €10,000 in cash. No pro-Russian connections, criminal proceedings, or suspicions have been found; CHESNO accusations relate to absences from commission meetings (2016, 2018).
