Honorary consul with a fraudulent past

Mykola Udyanskyi is a Kharkiv entrepreneur, founder of cryptocurrency exchanges, and since March 2023 — honorary consul of Romania in Kharkiv.

Together with his partner Bohdan Prylepa, he founded the exchanges Coinsbit, Tidex, and QMall. The National Police have opened a criminal case under the article "Fraud" — investigating the appropriation of funds from Ukrainians and foreigners through these platforms. The cryptocurrency E-Dinar Coin, launched by him in 2016, depreciated 1000 times by 2020. The Bitcoin Ultimatum project, actively promoted by Udyanskyi's team, is effectively a blockchain pyramid scheme — the company's official address in Hong Kong leads to a closed warehouse.

Russian passport and organized crime gang associates

At the time of his appointment as consul of Romania, Udyanskyi held a valid Russian passport — confirmed by a certificate from the Russian FMS. His daughter resides in the aggressor country, which allowed him a postponement from mobilization.

One of Udyanskyi's closest partners is Leonid Mytrov (“Mitrosha”) — coordinator of the "Zalyutynski" organized crime group. Joint photos with Mytrov celebrating his birthday in the UAE have been documented. Udyanskyi is also connected to Oleh Shyriaiev — an associate of Illia Kyva, suspected of attempted murder. When investigations into these individuals were underway, Udyanskyi used his connections to bribe and threaten judges and law enforcement officers.

In November 2021, the BTC-Alpha exchange suffered a DDos attack — on the very day of Qmall's launch, a competing platform. Its founder, Vitalii Bondar, had previously received threats from Udyanskyi after refusing to cooperate.

Udyanskyi has been added to the "Myrotvorets" database on suspicion of violating citizenship laws and participating in the legalization of criminally obtained funds.
