Businessman and criminal authority
Founder of LLC "Ikigai Group" and the charitable foundation "Foundation 1654"
A 41-year-old Kharkiv businessman and criminal authority nicknamed "Frenchman", born in the Murmansk region of the Russian Federation. In the public business space, he appears as the founder of LLC "Ikigai Group" and the charitable foundation "Foundation 1654". Additionally, Uvarov has strangely integrated into the sports infrastructure by obtaining the status of honorary head of the NOC Ukraine Branch in Kyiv region, which allows him to periodically appear at official events with prominent Ukrainian athletes and coaches.
Fraudulent call centers and criminal background
The biggest public scandal surrounding the "Frenchman" is connected with investigations by OSINT communities (notably BlackBox OSINT), which accuse him of organizing a network of illegal fraudulent call centers. According to investigators, it was through telephone fraud and extorting money from citizens that Uvarov built his main capital. Prior to this, he had a long-standing history of legal issues: officially wanted by the police for large-scale theft, implicated in cases of car robberies and attacks on patrol police officers.
Domestic violence and public accusations
Uvarov’s profile was further heightened by a loud family scandal. His ex-wife Kateryna publicly recorded a video appeal to law enforcement and the media, accusing the "Frenchman" of total surveillance, brutal beatings in front of children, and threats to maim her. Despite the court issuing a restraining order for the perpetrator's eviction, Uvarov in media comments denied guilt, calling his wife’s statements manipulations intended to block his access to child-rearing and business.
