Legal advisor from Kolomyia who entered the Parliament through Zelensky's headquarters

Olena Vintonyak is a Member of Parliament of the 9th convocation from "Servant of the People", a legal advisor by profession, native of Kolomyia. She entered parliament in 2019, ranked number 117 on the party list, previously representing Zelensky's election headquarters in Prykarpattia. Before her parliamentary career, Vintonyak worked as a legal advisor at the private enterprise "FOP Mulik Roman Myronovych" — that is, in the private business of her future party colleague and fellow MP from the same Ivano-Frankivsk region, Roman Mulik. In Parliament, she is a member of the Committee on Integration with the EU. According to her 2023 declaration, with a salary of 644 thousand UAH, Vintonyak held cash reserves of 141 thousand USD and 5.1 thousand EUR — an amount significantly exceeding official incomes for several previous years.

Vote against NABU's independence and urban planning reform favoring developers

On July 22, 2025, Vintonyak voted "for" draft law No. 12414, which introduced dependence of the work of NABU and SAP on the Prosecutor General — a law that effectively abolished the independence of anti-corruption agencies. At the end of 2022, she voted for urban planning reform No. 5655, implemented in the interests of developers and diminishing citizens' influence on urban reconstruction.
