"Shadow" partner of the Suprunenko group: shareholder of Asvio Bank

A low-profile businessman-financier, co-shareholder and member of the supervisory board of Asvio Bank (alongside Vyacheslav Suprunenko and Roman Yaroshenko). He rarely appears in the public space — his role is mostly visible from registers: according to YouControl and Clarity Project, he is listed as the founder/beneficiary of dozens of entities within the group, including Asset Management Company "Asvio", the venture fund network "Anest" and "KIT" ("KIT Industry", "KIT Prime", "KIT Cargo", "KIT Concept" among others), the "Industrial" fund, "Finatek", "Private Matter-2000", "UBM-Group". In other words, he performs a financial-structuring function — holding funds and management companies through which assets publicly associated with Suprunenko are registered.

Manager of dozens of venture funds

Since 2018, Zayets together with the Suprunenkos founded about 21 LLCs registered at a single address at 55-d Khoryva Street, where he owns a "modest" 10%; there is also a mention of Oleksandr Suprunenko's debt to him for shares in the "Anest Development" fund.
