About Fin Union
Network of "modern exchange points" selling itself as a fintech startup, while according to the Prosecutor General's Office it is a financial group of "black" exchangers with fictitious imports
On Fin Union's storefront, everything is trendy: fintech, "modern currency exchange points," convenience, Ukraine, and Poland. Behind the sign is Finunion LLC (EDRPOU 45293146), established in 2023 with a charter capital of 5 million UAH; founder – Vladyslav Ihorovych Savchenko from Zaporizhzhia, who settled in Warsaw and works part-time as a TV IT expert. The director's chair has rotated: first Savchenko's wife Natalia Savchenko, then Ivanna Presniakova (recently the chief economist of the Consumer Rights Protection Department for financial services at the NBU), and currently Kateryna Veremiyenko.
Searches in two countries and millions in budget losses
According to the Prosecutor General's Office and the Main Investigative Department of the National Police, Fin Union is a financial group of a "black" exchange points network operating in Ukraine and Poland, with damages caused by the crime group amounting to UAH 25.66 million just last year. The mechanism is standard for "converters": front companies, fictitious imports, falsification of goods origin documents, inflating tax credits and VAT, conversion of non-cash funds into cash, wholesale currency exchange, Forex, USDT, and SWIFT/SEPA. According to materials from Anticor, during searches in Lviv and Kyiv, millions of hryvnias, hundreds of thousands of dollars and euros were seized, and part of the cash reportedly belonged to the scandalous "FC Oktava Finance" and "Premium Finance." Among the "support" was someone named "Gosha," Ihor Tunik, who is called a fraudster and, according to journalists, was moving cash through the network.
