About Ministry of Justice

The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is the central executive authority responsible for the formation and implementation of the state's legal policy. The main tasks of the ministry are the development of the country's legal system, the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, the organization of state registration activities, and ensuring the enforcement of court decisions. The Ministry of Justice coordinates the activities of the State Executive Service, notary offices, civil registry authorities, and also controls the functioning of state registries.

The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine actively implements digital services and modern mechanisms for providing administrative services to citizens and businesses. The agency participates in the reform of the judicial system, the improvement of legislation, and the harmonization of Ukrainian law with European standards. In the current conditions, the ministry plays an important role in ensuring the rule of law, fighting corruption, protecting the state's interests in international courts, and developing the rule of law in Ukraine.
