LLC "Media Hub" (EDRPOU 41544263) is registered in Kyiv. The founders have Kyiv addresses on Stritenska Street, shares are distributed among several individuals — however, neither on the website nor in public registers are the names of the owners and editors disclosed. The portal neither reveals the chief editor nor the authors of materials — publications are published unsigned or under pseudonyms.
Theme and format
The publication publishes a news aggregator with its own materials about officials, businessmen, and corruption schemes. The division into subdomains by topics (authors, crimes, corruption) resembles the structure of kompromat portals, where content is sorted for specific audiences or advertising purposes. No confirmed membership in journalistic associations or independent audit of editorial standards has been found. The media identifier, license, and funding sources are not publicly disclosed.

However, the reality appears far more modest. The project has not entered serial production, the effectiveness of the development is questionable, and on the front it is openly described as a failure. No confirmed impact on Russian infrastructure, as previously claimed, has been recorded. As a result, a clear picture emerges: the same names — Mindich, the Tsukermans, and Fursenko — who previously appeared in corruption schemes in the energy sector are now surfacing in the field of defense development.
