‼️ PASHYNSKY AGREEMENT: I FILED CLAIMS WITH THE OPG, THE VERKHOVNA RADA COMMITTEE, AND THE QDCP

After the High Anti-Corruption Court approved the agreement with Serhiy Pashynsky, I immediately submitted several official appeals regarding the circumstances of its preparation, approval, and conclusion.

I filed a petition with the Office of the Prosecutor General requesting a criminal-legal assessment of the circumstances of the agreement’s preparation and approval.

I ask that it be determined who and on what grounds changed the case’s qualification, who prepared and signed the agreements, whether the prosecutors had the proper authority, and how the amounts of compensation and the recipients of 500 million UAH were determined.

I sent a separate appeal to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Law Enforcement regarding parliamentary oversight. I request that the Committee hold an open meeting with invitations to the head of the SAP and the director of NABU, obtain the documents related to both agreements, the prosecutors’ authorities, the change in qualification, the calculation of compensation for damage, and clarify which specific violations—because of which the High Anti-Corruption Court refused to approve the first agreement—were remedied before concluding the second.

I filed a disciplinary complaint with the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors concerning possible improper performance of duties by SAP prosecutors. I ask that all prosecutors who prepared, approved, signed, and supported the agreements be identified, that their actions be reviewed, and that, if signs of disciplinary misconduct are found, a disciplinary proceeding be opened.

I demand answers to the questions: who, on what legal grounds, and by what procedure formed these exact terms of the agreement in a case where the state claimed hundreds of millions of hryvnias in damage?

Therefore I await official responses from the Office of the Prosecutor General, the parliamentary Committee, and the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors.
