Після передачі 6 березня 2025 року активу ТОВ «ТЕРМІНАЛ «БОРИВАЖ» в управління АРМА посадові особи не забезпечили належного управління та збереження його вартості, а 31 жовтня 2025 року суд скасував передачу активу в управління АРМА.
