Формування нового складу ВККС збіглося у часі зі спробою тотального домінування Всеволода «заходи-положи» Князєва у судовій системі.

🛰️Власна «орбіта» (за версією ZN.ua) у ВРП вже була вибудувана, і на черзі було формування контрольованої ВККС.

Нагадаємо, за законом конкурсна комісія запропонувала ВРП 32 кандидати на 16 вакантних місць.

☝️За тиждень до викриття Князєва на «хабарі» у ЗМІ зʼявилася інформація про його «співбесіду» з одним із кандидатів у члени ВККС, яка відбулася в одному з італійських ресторанів на Новопечерських Липках.

📝Проведення Князєвим таких кастингів підтверджується і вилученим під час обшуку аркушем із прізвищами всіх кандидатів та промовистими помітками: «+», «-», «+/-» та «йобнутий».

⁉️Усіх цікавить питання: а як же Князєв домовлявся про ці зустрічі?

✅На таємні рандеву до Князєва у ресторани кандидатів спрямовували… самі члени ВРП.

Усе відбувалося банально: кандидатів видзвонювали й пропонували зустрітися в кафе неподалік будівлі ВРП. Там за чашкою кави їм і призначали зустріч із вожаком «орбіти» — Всеволодом «заходи-положи» Князєвим.

☕️Наприклад, членкиня ВРП Ольга Попікова була помічена в кафе на вулиці Січових Стрільців з одним із тоді ще кандидатів до ВККС.

Список кандидатів у члени ВККС зі згадками про "бажаних" та "небажаних" кандидатів було вилучено під час обшуку у Князєва, і він став одним із ключових доказів у справі про корупцію та вплив на судову систему - так описало цю ситуацію видання Дзеркало тижня і опублікувало цей список з помітками.

Не можемо не згадати й одного «бажаного» чинного члена ВККС із-поміж суддів, який першим одержав стабільний «+» у списку Князєва. Це Олексій Омельян — лжесвідок у справі «Олексія Тандира, вбивства нацгвардійця».

Кажуть, Омельян тоді одразу присягнув Князєву на вірність через палке бажання втілити давню мрію — стати членом ВККС.

Цей кандидат у члени дуже сподобався Князєву за що одержав + у списку, в наступному став членом ВККС та навіть певний час був заступником голови.
