Про нову справу Тандира мені стало відомо ще кілька місяців тому. Але за відсутності підозри не хотілося хайпувати. Але тепер трохи можна 🫠😄

«У 2021 році суддя Тандир задовольнив позов про стягнення 10 мільйонів гривень з чоловіка, який був мертвий. Вважається, що договір з покійником підробили і боргові зобовʼязання були фіктивні. Але Тандир для погашення боргу звернув стягнення на дві квартири площею по 43 кв.м. Насправді квартири, начебто, належали іншим особам, але в суді державний виконавець показав фіктивні договори купівлі-продажу. Пізніше ці квартири успішно перепродали».
