Мрії про грантову синекуру: як «активісти» з DEJURE вчили студентів пиляти німецькі гроші

🤡Поки українські студенти-юристи зубрять кодекси, топгрантоїд Михайло Жернаков та його контора DEJURE Foundation (спільно з ВАКС) показали молоді реальний «успішний успіх». За гроші німецьких платників податків вони провели цілий судовий симулятор — Moot Court 4 з суддівської етики.

🙈Студентам урочисто вручили пакети з написом «тут може бути ваша реформа» з блокнотиками, ручками та... брошурками про те, як DEJURE «важко працює» на ниві освоєння чужих бюджетів.

💰Молоді наочно продемонстрували головну мрію сучасного активіста — як отримувати понад мільйон баксів грантів, проводити аж півтора заходи на рік та клепати маніпулятивні дописи у Facebook.

🪎Одіозний екссуддя часів Януковича - Міша Ж. (МЖ), який вчасно перевзувся в «головного реформатора», тепер слугує живим прикладом того, як безбідно жити за рахунок західних донорів, не виходячи з соцмереж.

🍒 І вишенька на цьому торті «доброчесності»та «суддівської етики»

Судити захід запросили справжніх «експертів з питань етики» - це і одіозний Роман Маселко, і член ВРП Кандзюбу і Лукʼянова (який затягує дружину у судді), а також «титани етики» … Ян Берназюк та Олексій Омельян.

🎾Ян Берназюк— суддя КАС ВС «атлант правосуддя», який уславився підробкою договору оренди, щоб безкоштовно ганяти м’яча на тенісних кортах елітного ЖК «Парковий». Справжній, еталонний взірець для підростаючого покоління юристів!

🥃Олексій Омелян - член ВККС та лжесвідок у справі судді Тандира. Саме з ним суддя Тандир розпивав алкогольні напої за години до трагічної загибелі військовослужбовця під колесами його автомобіля. Нагадаємо, ДБР на днях викрило участь Тандира-близького товариша Омеляна у схемі заволодіння квартирами померлих громадян.
