Massive attack on Odesa: destruction in several districts, injuries reported

In the night of 9 August, the aggressor attacked Odesa with missiles and strike drones. In the city center and several districts there are numerous destructions and fires. preliminarily, 8 people were injured.

According to KV, this is reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and by the information of Odesa city military administration head Serhiy Lysak.

As reported by the State Emergency Service, as a result of the massive strike on the city, according to preliminary information, 8 people were injured.

Rescuers note that as a result of the strikes there are numerous destructions and fires in several areas of the city:

in the center of Odesa a fire broke out in a four-story residential building. Nearby cars caught fire. Firefighters eliminated the fire in an area of 1000 square meters.

Psychologists from the State Emergency Service were at the scene. All fires have been extinguished.

According to the Odesa City Military Administration, there are destructions of residential buildings in several districts of the city, cars burned. Information about the injured will be updated.

Recall that in Kyiv region, as a result of a Russian attack overnight on 8 August in Brovary district a private house was destroyed. A 3-year-old boy and his grandmother and grandfather were killed. His parents and older brother received shrapnel wounds and burns. Also injured was a 21-year-old neighbor who came to help the family after the strike.
