1,5 million requests about searching for "SZCh" received by police from military recruitment centers this year

Since the beginning of this year, territorial recruitment centers have sent more than one and a half million requests to the police to search for Ukrainians evading mobilization.

This was reported by the head of the Main Investigative Department and acting head of the National Police, Maksym Tsutskiridze, in an interview with the publication "Censor.net":

"Just during this year, the police have received more than one and a half million requests from recruitment centers and medical conscription commissions to search for citizens evading mobilization. This is a large joint effort that requires continuous information exchange and clear coordination among all those responsible. We also work together when we uncover possible abuses by recruitment center officials, medical commissions, or other structures involved in mobilization processes."

Details: The police general emphasized that everyone involved in mobilization-related cases must be held accountable under the law. You cannot place all the responsibility solely on the conscript who used a scheme. If an unlawful decision was facilitated by officials or intermediaries, their actions must also receive legal assessment.

According to Tsutskiridze, overall during martial law investigators of the National Police have opened over 20 thousand criminal proceedings on facts of evasion of mobilization—practically across the entire country.
