NAZK is reviewing the declarations of Zelensky, Poroshenko and ministers

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention has begun reviewing the declarations of another 13 persons.

In particular, reviews have been launched of the declarations of Volodymyr Zelensky and Petro Poroshenko (declarations for the 2018 and 2019 years).

This was reported by the NAZK press service.

NAZK has also started reviewing the following officials:

Oleksandr Tkachenko, Minister of Culture and Information Policy;

Dmytro Dubilet, former Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers;

Illia Yemets, former Minister of Health;

Andrii Zahorodniuk, former Minister of Defense;

Pavlo Klimkin, former Minister of Foreign Affairs;

Yevhen Nyshchuk, former Minister of Culture;

Oleksii Kuchier, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration;

Oleksandr Shefer, first deputy head of the Road Service in Dnipropetrovsk region;

Kostiantyn Mariievych, head of the office supporting the Minister of the Ministry of Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture;

Serhii Perepeliatnyk, director of the municipal enterprise “Kremenchuk City TV and Radio Company”;

Larysa Tkach, deputy head of the housing maintenance office “Pecherskzhytlo.”

Thus, since NAZK’s relaunch, 468 declarations have been taken for review.

It is noted that the main basis for review is the high position of the declarant.

Moreover, all persons who held such positions in 2019 year are being reviewed, even if they are not top officials today.

Other grounds for review include: information about a possible violation from citizens, the media, or legal entities; a discrepancy established by NAZK between the official’s standard of living and declared assets and income as a result of lifestyle monitoring; detection of inconsistencies as a result of logical and arithmetic checks; the declaration submitted by the declarant contains fields in which the declarant selected the option “Family member did not provide information.”
