New Head of Naftogaz: Koretsky Said When the Company Leader Might Be Appointed

The question of any personnel changes at Naftogaz Ukraine depends on the company's supervisory board. However, appointing a new head should be postponed for now.

I believe Naftogaz has one of the best corporate governance structures. It has a supervisory board, and it will directly decide this issue regarding the next personnel changes. In any case, a transparent konkurs will be announced in accordance with best practices of corporate governance.

However, Koretsky is confident that it is better to choose a new head after the completion of the next heating season.
