Zelensky Held a Meeting of the Headquarters

Zelensky held a meeting of the Stavka.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, on the afternoon of 11 November convened a meeting of the Stavka of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. During the meeting, the situation at the front on various fronts, as well as the protection of the energy infrastructure and the restoration of energy system facilities damaged by Russian shelling, were discussed.

However, the key issue of this Stavka meeting was the events on the southern front, where Ukrainian soldiers are actively liberating their native land. Details were reported on the website of the Ukrainian president.

"The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held another meeting of the Stavka of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on Friday. Reports from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and the commanders of the operational direction troops regarding the situation on the front were heard. The participants of the Stavka paid special attention to events on the southern direction of the front. The participants also identified priority measures to stabilize the situation in recently de-occupied territories," said the release on the president's website.

"I heard reports on the situation at the front, including on the Southern direction of the front. We continue to liberate our land from the occupiers. We identified priority measures to stabilize the situation in recently de-occupied territories. We must restore peaceful life to our people. They have waited for this for a long time," commented Zelensky on the key topic of the meeting.

In addition, Stavka members discussed the effectiveness of protecting the energy infrastructure from enemy attacks and the restoration of facilities damaged by Russian shelling.

Also taking part in the meeting were then Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov, Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko, the commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky, and the commanders of the operational direction troops.

Also joined were Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrsky, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba, Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov, other members of the government, heads of security agencies, and law enforcement agencies.
