OSINT investigators blackboxosint established that the IT company EvoPlay, connected to Ukrainian businessman Maksym Krippa, has an exclusive agreement with Ritzio International for representing the "Vulkan" brand in the online segment; EvoPlay develops software for casinos, and Boyko receives a percentage of every dollar lost by players — this scheme has operated for years despite SBU raids and criminal cases.
