Borodatiuk Artem Ihorovych

Founder of the IT holding Netpeak Group (Fractal); featured in Telegram "leaks" about Russian contracts and connections with the Office of the President

Odessa native, born May 20, 1985. In 2006, together with Andriy Chumachenko and Dmytro Piskaryov, founded the agency Netpeak, which he developed into one of the largest product IT holdings in the country — Netpeak Group (now Fractal), with over 20 companies; a notable taxpayer in the sector. Member of the Presidential Council for Entrepreneurship Support, participant of Diia.City United. Historically, the holding actively operated in CIS markets, including the Russian market.

Accusations of cooperation with Russia

The Telegram channel “Absolution Leaks” (reposted by FaceNews) claims that Netpeak/Fractal allegedly serviced Russian entities — "Voentorg", "Sberbank", "Kassir", "Tinkoff" — until February 2022, and the former head of Moscow business Valeriy Krasko boasted about these contracts (later excluded from partners). The same channel attributes to Borodatiuk “non-transparent” ties with the head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak through the Business Support Council.

There are no official proceedings (NABU/SAP/DBR), sanctions, or court decisions in open sources. Borodatiuk (Kyiv Post, 21.04.2025) stated that he was personally invited to the council, and Netpeak has no special contracts with the government.
