IT holding company
One of the largest product IT holdings in Ukraine
Grew out of the Odessa digital agency Netpeak (founded in 2006 by Artem Borodatyuk, Andriy Chumachenko, and Dmytro Piskaryov). In 2016, it was established as the Netpeak Group holding, and rebranded as FRACTAL in 2025. Currently, it is an ecosystem of about 25–30 businesses (Netpeak, Inweb, Serpstat, Ringostat, Academy Ocean, Tonti Laguna, KissMyApps, Choice31, and others), 2–3 non-profit organizations, and over 1,600 professionals; connected with Kharkiv IT Cluster. Revenue grew annually by 50–70% (up to approximately $50 million in 2022); included among the top taxpayers in the IT sector. Historically, the holding actively operated in the CIS markets, including the Russian market.
The Telegram channel "Absolution Leaks" (reprinted by FaceNews) claims that Netpeak/Fractal allegedly provided services to Russian entities — "Voentorg", "Sberbank", "Kassir", "Tinkoff" — until February 2022; the former head of the Moscow business, Valeriy Krasko, allegedly boasted about these contracts and was excluded from the partners, and co-founder Dmytro Piskaryov is linked by the channel to long-term leadership of the Moscow office.
The company positions itself as Ukrainian (offices in Ukraine, USA, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan). There is no publicly available dated statement from the holding about exit from the Russian market.
