Chumachenko Andriy Yevhenovych

Co-founder and managing partner of the Netpeak agency, one of the most prominent faces of Ukrainian digital marketing

Andriy has been with Netpeak since 2007, one of the first employees: he joined as a help desk specialist from Oschadbank with a salary of $200, developed copywriting, SMM, and usability, served as development director, creative director, and was CMO for 8 years, later becoming co-owner and managing partner of the agency. Since 2022, he founded his own B2B agency BASE (Founder & CEO), and from 2024 he leads outsourced marketing at Netpeak. Simultaneously, he is a very public figure: Telegram channels @chumandriy and Sad But True, the podcast "It's Work," the course "Marketing Studies," columns in The Page, NV, MC.today. He also contributed to social projects — the "Moye Misto" platform (2015) and the "4City" space (2016).

Has Netpeak maintained its position

Position on Russia. In March 2022, when Netpeak Group announced its exit from the Russian and Belarusian markets, it was Chumachenko who voiced the company's position: that operations there had long been minimized, financially the decision had little impact, and Netpeak "is ready to suffer losses for truth, for Ukraine, and for freedom."

According to investigations (StopCor, 13.08.2026; reprints by Antikor and "Rozsliduvach.info"), based on open registers, despite that statement, structures associated with Borodyatyuk and Netpeak allegedly continued to exist in Russia and paid taxes to the aggressor country's budget for a considerable time after February 24. In particular, the former LLC "Netpik" was renamed after the invasion began and was liquidated only in January 2023.
